filter_dramaClass DescriptionArduino is an easy-to-learn controller board widely used in robotics and across many industries for prototyping. It is an ideal beginner tool for creating exciting and meaningful science and engineering projects.
This course provides an engaging introduction to robotics and coding for students who want to understand how technology works at the hardware level — not just assemble pre-made kits.
In this hands-on class, students learn how to build and program real electronic and robotic systems using Arduino, a widely used open-source electronics platform.
Students work with sensors, motors, and microcontrollers to create projects that respond to inputs and produce useful outputs. The course introduces the Arduino IDE and programming language used to control electronic devices.
Projects may include controlling LEDs, activating motors, collecting sensor data, and understanding how hardware and software interact in real systems.
Many traditional school programs provide limited exposure to Arduino-based robotics, making this course an excellent opportunity to develop practical technical skills.
Benefits:
- Gain real coding and robotics experience not typically taught in local schools
- Build a portfolio demonstrating technical ability and initiative
- Small class size allows personalized guidance and more hands-on time
- Inspire future study and possible careers in engineering and technology
This course is an excellent starting point for students interested in robotics, engineering, electronics, or programming.
