    AP Computer Science A level course offer students option for enrollment: This class teaches object-oriented programming using the Java language and is meant to be the equivalent of a first semester, college-level course in computer science. It will emphasize problem solving and algorithm development, and use hands-on experiences and examples so that students can apply programming tools and solve complex problems. This course will prepare students for the AP CS A Exam. REGISTRATION: Choose from 1 of the following OPTIONS: 1. Take this course for the purpose of learning. Does not include credit or certificate. Price $1,600 2. Take this course and receive a WASC accredited certificate for a graded elective course that is accepted by colleges along with your high school transcripts. Price $1,800 3.
