Level 2 description: ============================ Think ROVER on the MOON, OPPORTUNITY on MARS. Amazing autonomous robots always precede the arrival of humans on planets as well as in the ocean. Modify a ROVER X robot, create the code to make it even more complex, and design additional parts using CAD. This is "THE" class where robotics, electronics, programming, CAD design, 3D printing, and mechanical skills are both learned and come together. A class where students build both an autonomous and remote-controlled RoverX robotic vehicle with treads, and sensors. PRE-REQUISITE ========================= Student must have have completed Level 1 In this class students continue to increase their knowledge while HAVING FUN designing, assemble, wiring and coding with the most amazing instructor.     Consumables description: ======================== PVNet will loan the student all consumables needed during this course to reduce the cost to parents. The consumables include tools, Rover X robot kit, radio transmitter, receiver, micro-controller kit, wiring, avoidance sensors, battery, on/off switch. You are correct, this is an incredible learning opportunity. This robotic learning opportunity has unlimited ways to augment the design with hardware and coding. Students may reimburse PVNet for the consumables and take home their project. The cost will be determined by the final list of parts used in the course.
