This course is taught by a professional Editor/Producer, this course provides students with the opportunity to learn the basics of Video Editing and Production. If your creative student is interested in video editing, feed their interest by signing them up for this class. Put your skills into practice! Video Production Class Level 2 is for students who have taken the PVNet Level 1 course, or already know how to use Adobe Premiere Pro, have skills with using video cameras, lighting equipment, and are ready to use those skills to create something new as a team and individually. We will be diving right into creating a new project from day one with brainstorming to pre-production, to shooting, and finally to editing and showcasing our work! This class is ideal for those students who want to further hone their video production skills. Students will gain professional skills currently being used in the industry today - skills they can keep and continue to build on. By the way, these skills are not offered in high school. This course is low cost, takes minimal time, uses industry standard programs and builds confidence and hope. Adobe Premiere Video Editing software is one of the 3 leading industry standard video editing programs that students will need to know in order to be accepted into top media arts schools like UCLA, USC, Otis, and CalArts. NEW for Summer 2021 VIRTUAL SETS AS SEEN IN MOVIES, STREAMING SHOWS AND TV NEWS CASTS! Students will produce videos using the use the same virtual set technology used in in Movies, News Stations, and more. Take this course and receive a WASC accredited certificate for an elective course that is accepted by colleges along with your high school transcripts. Price - $1,250 3.
