VEX Robotics Camp for Beginners!
Joining a robotics team for the first time can be overwhelming and confusing, so PVNet is offering a VEX V5 Intro Camp for students who want to get started on their robotics journey! Students can prepare for joining a robotics team and be able to fully enjoy the experience while contributing to their team! No prior experience required!
This introductory robotics camp introduces students to 3D design, programming, and hands-on robot construction using the VEX V5 robotics system. Students will explore Onshape CAD to create basic 3D models, learn visual programming with VEXcode Blocks, and work collaboratively to assemble a functional robot. Students will then apply their programming skills to control, operate, and test the robot while developing fundamental engineering, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. No prior experience is required.
