Students are invited to participate in Marine Science Field Research at Cabrillo Beach & Marine Aquarium. This program includes research in the field at the tide pools, salt marsh, sandy shore, CMA's Aquatic Nursery and in the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium. Experts in the fields of study will be included for lessons and Q&A. Join us in this exciting summer program for students interested in anything to do with Marine Science Meeting dates/times: ================ Tue July 26, 12pm - 3pm Wed July 27, 12pm - 3pm Thurs July 28, 12pm - 3pm Tue Aug 2, 12pm - 3pm Wed Aug 3, 12pm - 3pm Thurs Aug 4 12pm - 3pm 5 Unit Certificate Optional: $400 administrative fee Students wishing to receive a 5 units WASC accredited highschool elective course certificate must perform an additional 5 hours independent study project of their choice and a presentation of the project at a date TBD. Age requirements: The program is designed for high school credit but all ages are welcome. Students 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent.
