HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: No classes will be held on weekend of 9/3, 9/4, 9/5 due to holiday weekend at the request of families. A Word from the Mentors ============================ CSA is a student-run organization sponsored by PVNet. We work to encourage environmental sustainability by developing plans and presenting them to local city councils. The results of our research resulted in recommendations which were presented to City Councils including RPV, PVE, and RHE and were well received. Topics included native plants, water conservation, electricity conservation, and road maintenance. We are excited to welcome new members to the team for the 2022 - 2023 school year. Visit our webpage at pvnet.com/csa Description ============================== An advisory group will be formed. Members will research the sustainability policies and plans of each of the 4 cities on the hill (Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates) to find out what they are doing that works most towards sustainability and reduced global warming. They will then offer recommendations to the city council in the form of an official document. Members may present their recommendations during city council meetings.
